You followed the plan. Got the job. Checked the boxes.
And yet here you are… wondering how you got so far off course in a life you’re not even sure you chose.
You’re not broken. You’re not behind. You’re just burned out from trying to live a life that never actually felt like yours in the first place.
But the good news? You don’t have to figure this all out alone anymore.
I’m here with the permission slip you didn’t know you needed and a gentle (but honest) roadmap to help you find your way back to you.
To joy. To purpose. To peace.
To a version of life that feels like freedom—not another performance.
So, if you’re ready to stop performing and start becoming—stick with me, sister. You’re in the right place.
I started this whole “life” thing with zero direction and a lot of outside pressure.
Good grades? Had those. Purpose? Not a clue.
I followed trends, chased success, and did everything I was “supposed to”—and still wound up burned out, anxious, and wondering, is this it?
Spoiler alert: it wasn’t.
Becoming a chiropractor cracked open a whole new world. I started learning about real health, what fuels us (and what poisons us), and how much healing happens when we stop trying to be someone we’re not.
But the real shift?
It came when I stopped performing and started becoming.
When I let go of who I thought I had to be—and finally made space for God, purpose, and actual peace.
Now I help other high-achieving women trade burnout for clarity, and self-doubt for something way better: real, soul-deep joy.
Glow-ups are cute. But a full-on life rewrite? That’s where my blue eyes sparkle over.
For some reason, I’ve been pegged as the quintessential cat lady, but like… I have only ever had one cat at a time… I just really love cats!
I love science and math, but I slowly started my journey into the world of woo-woo when I became a chiropractor in 2011. From there, I found Jesus in 2019 and I’ve been co-creating with my angels ever since!
I don’t like coffee, (most) tea, lemonade, or soda – but somehow, I became obsessed with chai tea lattes. However, I mostly survive on water, AXIO, and margaritas.
As soon as I understood the concept of books, I was consumed with them. I was either holed up in an empty cabinet or hanging off of an armchair intently reading a book. Most often Goosebumps or Nancy Drew.
I am addicted to anything with stripes and layering jewelry and I’ve collected Mary’s Angels ornaments since I was a little girl.
My favorite movies growing up were Spaceballs and Harry and the Hendersons. Now, Pride & Prejudice (the one with Keira Knightley) and Austenland.
The fastest way to my heart is with Mexican food… except cilantro tastes 100% like soap.
